Long before the modern grid iron, this land was cooked upon by the first keepers of the flame—the Khoisan, who understood that fire is not just a tool, but a conversation with nature. Fabulous last dinner in South Africa before our trip home. Our family of six shared the meat platter for two plus a stew and about five sides and it was more than enough! The flavors were delicious! The atmosphere cozy. Would definitely recommend!
